Incorrect Shipping Information

Meridiana is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@meridiana.com.au.

We will work with our fulfilment and delivery partners to investigate the issue and assist in reaching a resolution as quickly as possible.
